Lake Gardner Full Moon Paddle

This single tour departs the beach by 8 PM.
**NOTE DATE CHANGE** Now FRIDAY night. Enjoy the moonlight shimmering on the water! Bring your kayak, canoe or paddleboard and join us as we leisurely paddle the flatwater of Lake Gardner to enjoy the quiet twilight as we watch for the moon to rise in the eastern sky. The trip will involve a talk about the history of the lake and its environs as we explore the shoreline and float to the middle in anticipation of the rising moon.

Special Instructions: 

This is a BYOB, bring your own boat, event! Also required is a PFD (Coast Guard Approved life jacket for every paddler) and a headlamp for safety and visibility. Glowsticks are welcome but not required. This event is weather sensitive, and will be cancelled if conditions require. Guests are encouraged to bring a non-perishable item to support Our Neighbor’s Table.

I-95 N to Amesbury exit. Follow Elm St. to end, straight across rotary to High St. Beach will be 0.5 miles on right. From I-495 take 150 exit to downtown Amesbury into rotary; 3/4 of the way around head up High st. Beach is 0.5 miles on right.
