A walking tour along Marblehead’s earliest harbor (1629 to c.1700) at the northeast tip of the mainland peninsula, where Native Americans summered for hundreds of years. At tour’s end, 2 good restaurants nearby with harbor view. 10 min. further is Marblehead’s historic fort (1644 – 1790s) which looks out over the 1st harbor, islands & main harbor. Restrooms there.
